Rates:
2010 rates $135.00/Night plus tax.
2011 rates $155.00/Night plus tax.
August & September special $100.00 per night plus tax.
There is a $25.00 processing fee for foreign guests.
Check in time: 3 P.M.
Check out time: 11 A.M.
Last Minute Vacations:
Want to travel on a moments notice? If you book a stay within 30 days of your arrival date you can save big! Only $100.00 per night plus tax. Why not visit paradise if you find yourself with some unplanned vacation time?
Deposit:
A $400.00 deposit is required to secure the dates, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We also require a refundable $300.00 damage deposit upon final payment. The damage deposit will be returned within 30 days of check out as long as no damage has occured. The combination for the door lock and additional information will be mailed to you upon receipt of the final payment and deposits. Rates are in US funds, payment by check. Hawaii state tax of 12.42% will be added per night. For stays of less then 7 nights, a cleaning fee of $125.00 will be added.
Cancellation Policy:
For a full refund of your deposit, you must cancel 60 days in advance of your departure date. For cancellations less then 60 days, no refund is given unless the unit is subsequently booked for the full duration of your reservation.
